My stay at the resort was absolutely magical! The location is beautifully remote, right next to the ocean and surrounded by tall coconut palms, making it a peaceful getaway. The rooms are comfortable and allow you to enjoy the gentle sea breeze. Bella, our instructor, made our snorkeling experience unforgettable with her passion and knowledge of the marine ecosystem. Though the dining options were tasty, they could use a bit more variety. Overall, this resort offers great value for a serene beach escape.

My stay was a mix of incredible experiences and a few quirks. The location is undeniably stunning, surrounded by coconut trees and right by a rugged beachfront. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially during our snorkeling trip, which I’d highly recommend. However, the dining options felt basic and there were some maintenance issues in the cottages that needed attention. Overall, it’s a charming place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, but it could use a few improvements to enhance the overall experience.

I had an amazing time at North Borneo Biostation! The location is simply breathtaking, right on a clean beach with a serene atmosphere surrounded by coconut palms. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable, though I did find some service staff a bit slow at times. The highlight for me was the diving and snorkeling activities, which were well organized and fun! Overall, it was a perfect spot to unwind, although I think the dining options could use some improvement.
